Einstein would be a good example. It was a time when metaphysics started to become popular. They sought new ways to communicate, psychic communications, women like Helena Blavatsky were channeling. There were lots of advances in psychology as well during this time. People born during this time were the student radicals of the 60s. One of the inventions of this time is atomic weapons.
