From February 1912 until January 1920 and January 1996 to March 2003. Uranus in Aquarius wants changes for society more than for the individual. This was a time of radical social changes here. Revolutions in Mexico, china, Russia. There were lots of humanitarian efforts all over the world, people wanting to help the underdog. A very innovative and scientific time, many medical and scientific break throughs were made such as cloning. This is a tolerant and accepting time including acceptance of bi-racial couples and children. It is a time, especially in 1996 to 2003 where astrology became very popular.
